7 Star Certification
As part of the 7 Star Certification Process, all HSG contractors must
pass a rigorous background check, as well as the following steps:
1. Insurance In Place
We contact the insurance company to confirm that general liability insurance is current.
2. Search For Liens and Judgments
We search through outside databases for liens or judgments against the company or principal owner.
3. Credit and Financial Stability Check
Each contractor is thoroughly checked for credit and financial stability.
4. Bankruptcy
A powerful search database is used to assist us in checking the history of the business and principal
owner for bankruptcy filings.
5. Sex Offender
We verify that the owner is not listed on the official state sex offender website.
6. References Checked
We check several references for each contractor to make sure they stand up to the quality of work that
we expect.
